‘Bachelor’ Alum Emily Ferguson Joins Sis Haley In Wedded Bliss
Haley and Emily Ferguson came onto the Bachelor scene during Ben Higgins’ season. They went on to be on two seasons of Bachelor in Paradise together but self-eliminated both times. Haley returned alone after Emily wasn’t single anymore, but left in week 5. They both were destined to meet their soul mates off reality television. Haley married her hockey player, Oula Palve last month. So, how long would it take for Emily to join her? Not too long.
Emily Ferguson Takes The Leap
Now Emily is off the market, as well. She married her hockey-playing fiancé, William Karlsson on Saturday, July 23. The two started dating in November of 2017. Ferguson shared the news they’d gotten engaged in December of 2020. She said, “this is a moment I’ve dreamed of since I was a little girl and it’s more than I could have ever imagined.” Emily added that William is her perfect person and the man of her dreams.
She told Clickbait with Bachelor Nation she sent him a DM after she found him on Bumble and found his Instagram. She said it started as just a rebound hookup and turned into something serious quickly. Emily then searched through William’s friends and found someone cute for Haley too. Oula is from Finland and when Emily sent her his account, she DMed him as well. Now they’re both married and have a crazy story to tell their kids.
Emily Ferguson Got Married At The Same Place As Her Twin
Emily Ferguson and William got married on July 23rd at Resort Worlds Las Vegas according to E News. This is the same place Haley got married. The rehearsal dinner was at the Asian-inspired restaurant FUHU and the reception after was at RedTail a gaming bar complete with karaoke.
Emily got ready at the Palace before the ceremony which was held on the Rose Rooftop. The DrumBots, the drum line for the Las Vegas Knights brought guests into the Ballroom for the reception. Some of the food available for guests was a grilled cheese station and cotton candy. Below you can see Emily’s gown in a clip of her and her new husband dancing.
They Finished It Up With A Fun Brunch
Emily Ferguson and William enjoyed a recovery, “in-suite hangover brunch,” with their family and friends to get over a night of partying. They then spent the day at the pool in private cabanas. Fans are so happy the twins have finally found their true loves. Haley and Emily said their men get along very well. They all quarantined together and became best friends
