Bachelor Nation fans hotly anticipating beachy spinof
Bachelor Nations fans were extremely happy when ABC resumed Bachelor In Paradise for the summer of 2021. The beach-centric spin-off had skipped several years due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Season 7 had a record-breaking three engagements. While Riley Christian and Maurissa Gunn later split, Joe Amabile & Serena Pitt, and Kenny Braasch & Mari Pepin are still going strong.
Becca Kufrin & Thomas Jacobs reunited after filming and recently got engaged. Furthermore, Abigail Heringer is still dating Noah Erb after meeting in Mexico.
So, fans are hopeful that more alums will find love on Season 8 of Bachelor In Paradise.
Rumor has it that Katie Thurston’s former suitor Michael Allio will look for love again on the beach. Other rumored names include James Bonsall and Aaron Clancy who were more interested in their bromance during Season 7 than the ladies.
Should fans expect to see Katie Thurston’s ex-fiance and winner Bachelorette Season 17 winner Blake Moynes? He addressed the speculation.
Blake Moynes teases Bachelor In Paradise appearance
After his relationship with Katie Thurston ended, Blake Moynes leaned into using social media to keep in touch with fans. He often posts about various animal rescue organizations, as well as his fitness routine.
Moynes also opens up his Instagram DMs to questions. One of the most common questions he gets is if he will join Season 8 of Bachelor In Paradise. A few months ago, he said that was unlikely. Has he changed his stance?
Prior to answering questions about BIP, Blake Moynes revealed his busy month coming up. He explained that he was getting ready to leave for 12 days before returning only to leave again.
The first stop is L.A. for a few “cool events.”
Then he’s heading to Florida to meet up with Tayshia Adams’ former fiance Zac Clark.
Finally, he’ll be going to Andros Island in the Bahamas to do shark research with Noah Erb.
In a response to the BIP questions, Blake Moynes jokes that he’s heading to Mexico as soon as he’s done with the shark research trip.
He plans to show up “fashionably late” to “stir the pot.”
Fans may recall that he joined Katie Thurston’s season later than her other suitors.
Clearly, Moynes was being sarcastic about going right to Mexico after his Bahamas trip…. or was he?
Time will tell if he does, indeed, show up on the beach.
