’90 Day Fiance: Fans Criticize Karine Staehle’s New Look, Call It ‘Terrible’

As recently reported, 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star Paul Staehle has treated his wife Karine to some beauty enhancements. The TLC reality star revealed her new look on his Instagram account. While some followers approved of her new look, others found the cosmetic procedures to be unflattering. In fact, some of them call it “horrible” or “terrible.” This doesn’t bode well for the Brazilian beauty’s confidence.

As 90 Day Fiance fans know, Paul and Karine have had a rough time of it over the last few months. This included an all-out, explosive fight between the pair, which led to the police being called out twice. Karine then left their home with their 19-month-old son, Pierre, as she felt threatened. The drama led to both parties taking out restraining orders against the other. This was all totally live and outside their storyline on the TLC reality show.

After a few months apart, Paul and Karine dropped the restraining orders and decided to give their marriage another chance. In fact, in October, Paul, 37, admitted his mistakes and apologized to Karine. The TLC reality star went so far as to record a song for his wife, wishing them a better future and promising to keep her happy.

It seems Paul is keeping to his word, as he has treated Karine to “ombré shadow and lip revitalization.” He posted an image of her face to his Instagram account, performed by a beauty expert, Alessandra Nascimento. Basically, the treatments gave Karine fuller and dramatic eyebrows, as well as plumper lips.

Some 90 Day Fiance fans applauded Karine’s new look, saying that she looks beautiful and happy. Others said her eyebrows look great. Other followers congratulated Paul for fighting for his little family and keeping them together.

Instagram followers react negatively

Other Instagram followers weren’t impressed by the 90 Day Fiance star’s new look. One wrote that she should “embrace the beauty God gave,” while another urged her to be “happy in her skin.” As Karine is pregnant, others expressed concern, as they worried that the treatments could be bad for her health. One fan wrote, “She definitely shouldn’t be getting lip fillers while pregnant.”

Yet other fans wondered how Paul could afford such beauty procedures, as he still reportedly doesn’t have a job. However, he does have a Cameo account, so it is possible he is making money from that.

As noted by Screen Rant, there were other followers who were downright nasty, saying the treatments looked “terrible” and “horrible.” Admittedly, the lip plumping has given a strange shadow, which isn’t entirely attractive.

Karine and Paul are doing well

Despite the negativity, it is good to see this couple getting along and looking happy. Paul also shared images of their Halloween celebration in Brazil, including one of the whole happy family.

It currently looks like they are planning to have their second baby in Brazil. Following this, Paul and Karine will then possibly move back to America with little Pierre and the newborn.
