Joanna Gaines and her husband Chip are known for working alongside each other on a variety of projects. Recently, the Fixer Upper star shared a video of a touching family moment. Towards the end, she had big news for fans: the family is welcoming a new member.
Joanna Gaines Shared A Video With Fans Of The Family Celebrating A Recent Holiday
Joanna is an interior decorator and television personality best known for the HGTV series Fixer Upper. She is especially known for working alongside her husband, Chip Gaines.
The two are also known for their media brand, Magnolia. This encompasses ventures including the Magnolia Journal magazine and the Magnolia Network television channel, which airs the Fixer Upper revival and its spin-offs.
The couple married back in 2003 and have five children together. However, Joanna recently revealed a new addition to the family on social media.
Taking to Instagram, Joanna shared a video recorded by her daughter, Ella. As she revealed, the family planned a fun trip for a recent holiday.
Joanna shared, “Chip asked the kids to go on a road trip with him for Father’s Day. Each kid got to pick where they wanted to go and Crew chose Oklahoma first bc he wanted to see a tornado and red dirt.”
Fans Shared Their Reactions To Getting To Share With The Family Excursion
“Then on to New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, and then back in Texas to Marfa where they decided to surprise mom and get another puppy. We named her Marfa.” She added, “Chip, you’re such a fun dad. They’ll never forget this trip!”
In the accompanying video, the family could be seen enjoying their trip, all while swimming, boating, and even driving through the rain. The video ended with the family getting greeted by their dogs as they drove home at night. However, they saved the best for last, with the final scene introducing Marfa to fans.
