Will Teddi Mellencamp Return To ‘RHOBH’ After Cancer Battle?
Teddi Mellencamp rose to prominence while on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. While the star has faced divorce and health struggles in recent months, fans still wonder if she would someday return to the show. Mellencamp, herself, has since weighed in on the idea.
Teddi Mellencamp Was Recently Asked About RHOBH On Her Podcast Show
The daughter of musician John Mellencamp, Teddi herself became known to fans while appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from 2017 to 2020. She is also known for co-hosting the podcast, Two T’s in a Pod, with Tamra Judge.
In recent years, Teddi shared a lot of struggles with fans. In 2022, she had been diagnosed with stage II melanoma, which advanced to stage IV by 2025. Back in February, she also underwent treatment for brain tumors. In 2024, she also announced plans to file for divorce from her husband, Edwin Arroyave.
Despite this, fans still hope for big things to still happen for Teddi. During a recent episode of Two T’s in a Pod, guest Dolores Catania asked if she would be returning to the show. Hoping she would like her return to be soon, Catania asked, “Are you coming back to [The Real Housewives of] Beverly Hills next season?”
Teddi laughed, noting, “I have no idea. No clue.” Catania noted they could still use her on the show, but Teddi teased, “I plead the fifth.”
Teddi began to joke that she would have nothing to do on the show. As she put it, “I am just so boring.
Returning To Real Housewives Or Not, Teddi Has Still Kept Fans Informed About Her Life
“Nothing’s going on with me. If I’m lucky, more of what’s happening right now can happen to me and then you guys can all see it play out. But truly I have no idea.”
For her part, Bravo fans know Catania from The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Initially appearing as a guest in early episodes, she became a cast member starting with Season 7.

While Teddi joked that her life would be boring, she has been keeping fans updated about her life and what she’s been going through. Recently, she noted that, despite their separation, she was receiving support from Edwin during her cancer battle.
According to Us Weekly, Teddi shared, “We’re just trying to be each other’s friend right now and be the best parents we can be [for] our kids. I don’t think that either of us are going to rekindle our marriage. … He’s been extremely kind and helping with the kids. That’s made things a lot easier.”
In a previous episode of the podcast, Teddi also shared that she was “planning things I look forward to” while receiving immunotherapy treatments. She noted, “Last time, they had checked solely my brain, and those tumors are shrinking. And then, today I had the scan, where they checked my lungs and they are shrinking, and one of them has shrunk so much you can barely even see it.” According to Teddi, the treatments will continue “every four weeks for the next two years.”
