Justin Hartley Warns Final Two ‘Tracker’ Season 2 Episodes Are ‘Darker’

Tracker Season 2 has two episodes left. This has been a wild season with Colter Shaw traveling cross country to New York, to New Orleans, and soon, back home. The stories have become so intense. No wonder this is the number-one series on linear television. However, there are still a couple of episodes left, and it doesn’t sound like they are holding anything back.
In a recent interview, Justin Hartley has warned that the final two episodes this season are going to be “darker.” What does the This Is Us alum say about the end of the second season?

The Final Two Episodes Of Tracker Season 2 Will Be Darker
There are two Tracker Season 2 episodes left. They are entitled “Rules Of The Game,” and “Echo Ridge.”The penultimate episode sees Colter work for Reenie’s mysterious new boss, Leo Sharf. This episode “takes a personal turn” with Reenie “entangled in a deadly vendetta.” Melissa Roxburgh, who portrays Colter’s sister, Dory Shaw, is the guest star. She shares a secret to Colter about their family’s mysterious past.
Next, in the finale episode, “Echo Ridge,” Colter heads back home to search for a kidnapped diner owner. He uncovers “a decades-old kidnapping and a shocking family secret.” Guest starring in this episode is Wendy Crewson, who portrays Mary Dove Shaw. Crewson has already dished, “Buckle up.” What does she mean?
Thankfully, Justin Hartley recently spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about the final episodes of Tracker. These final two episodes will be a bit darker. However, he insists there is a good reason. “I think it’s important to keep upping the stakes.”
I like being Colter as a hero, finding people, and all that. I also really like seeing him in a suspenseful thriller and a dangerous situation. I don’t want our audience to forget that this man is mortal, he’s not a superhero. He can die! The things he is doing are very dangerous.
Justin Hartley Wants To Show Colter Shaw As Mortal
Justin has thought about Colter Shaw and what the audience expects of him. For the better part of two seasons, viewers have seen him calm and methodical, and he can solve all of his cases. However, this season started with his white whale case. He spent years trying to solve it. He solved it this season with some help. But, this case also demonstrated how much better he is as a tracker now.
Now, it seems that Colter will discover his own mortality. More importantly, the audience will see that he is mortal and even vulnerable.
Tracker fans, what do you think will happen at the end of Season 2? Do you think Colter Shaw is headed for big trouble?
