‘Family Feud’ Steve Harvey Says Mom Should ‘Remove’ Daughter
Family Feud often has questions with risque or inappropriate answers. However, there are also times when a basic question might see a person throwing out an answer that leaves Steve Harvey shocked. That happened this week when Steve asked a question that could have had several great answers, but one daughter gave an answer that had Steve saying it was time her parents removed her from the family.
Here is what happened on Family Feud and what Steve Harvey said his own mom would have done if he said that answer.
Steve Harvey Says His Mom Would Have Smacked Him For Family Feud Answer
Steve Harvey went to a family and asked this Family Feud question: “When you get to Heaven, name someone you hope isn’t there to bother you.” There were plenty of good answers, from a boss to a high school bully to a pushy in-law. However, when Katie answered the question, she shocked everyone.
She looked at her family and said, “I love y’all. but my parents.” This caused an audible gasp in the audience before a few people started clapping. “I’m gonna get punished after this, Steve,” she said. To this statement, Steve agreed.
While Katie seemed to think that her parents wouldn’t be there to nag her in the afterlife, there was one unspoken thing that Katie probably didn’t even consider. She just basically said she hopes her parents don’t get to Heaven, which is what Steve immediately went to when responding to the player about her answer.
“Yeah,” Steve said. “If you was in my family, it’d be a miracle if you was here after the next commercial. My mama woulda BAM!” Steve then mimicked his mama backhanding him. “If I don’t go to Heaven, how you think you going?” The video then ended with an “X.”

- Another fan said they were shocked Steve didn’t “smack” her after the answer: “No way that is just disrespectful! Steve you were about to smack her! LOL! Thanks for another great clip Steve have a great day!”
- Another joked about Steve bringing his own mama into the joke, saying, “‘Baaaammmmm’ everybody around the world felt that.”
