Yorkie Performed ‘Hot To Go’ For Her Debut On The Masked Singer

The Masked Singer is an American competition series based on the South Korean series, The King of Mask Singer. On the show, celebrities don colorful mascot costumes and reveal their singing talent to the world. Judges and contestants try to figure out who is who until each player is eventually eliminated.

Currently, the American version of the series is in its thirteenth season. Recently, the series has just released Group C of its lineup of costumed characters.

One figure that fans have already been speculating about is Yorkie. She has already been seen performing Chappell Roan’s “Hot to Go” on the series’ set.

Yorkie notably joins other Group C contestants this season. This includes characters like Cherry Blossom, Mad Scientist Monster, Nessy, and Stud Muffin.

In addition, this season has a twist to the costumed characters. The panelists will have a helping hand in a new character, Detective Lucky Duck, who will help to “uncover who’s behind each mask.”

With her first performance, Yorkie’s already left some clues for fans trying to figure out who is under the mask. Visually, she was shown with a diamond ring, casino chips, and a party hat with a rat.

In addition, Yorkie shared, “Becoming Yorkie is kismet. We’re both sassy, fashion-forward, and dare I say it… popular. But don’t be fooled by the designer dog looks. I’ve still got a bite. I mean, Yorkies were bred to catch rats, which is a good skill to have when you’ve been through everything I’ve been through.”

Fans Are Already Sharing Their Own Guesses

“And girl, I’ve been through a lot of crazy stuff. One minute you’re so hot — the next it’s your time to go. But I didn’t roll over.”

The panelists, Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, and Rita Ora, shared their guesses to who the pop princess pooch could be. These included the likes of Chelsea Handler, Paris Hilton, and Kyle Richards.

For Hilton in particular, it’s notable that she is both heavily associated with her own pet dogs and the color pink. She has also released a few songs over the years, such as “Stars Are Blind” and “Nothing In The World.”

Just Jared also tried its hand at making guesses. According to the publication, another possible candidate could be Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne.

In addition to being a singer, the casino chops could serve as a possible connection to Jayne’s previous Las Vegas residency. The ring would also tie in neatly to Jayne’s role as one of Bravo’s Housewives.
