Ghost Adventures Aaron Goodwin’s Marriage Before Murder Plot
Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin is shocked after his wife Victoria was arrested on March 6 on charges of soliciting to commit murder and conspiring to commit murder. She is currently being held on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to make her initial court appearance on March 11.
The 32-year-old married Aaron in August 2022 after postponing multiple times due to Covid. The two have repeatedly gushed about one another on social media. There have been posts as recent as a week ago on Victoria’s Instagram. They both shared sweet Valentine’s Day posts in February.
The news of Victoria’s secret is a shock to everyone including Aaron. He felt their marriage was solid and their social media backs that up. They look happy and in love in the photos shared by the couple.
Now, he feels blindsided and devastated that his seemingly happy marriage is now shattered as his wife sits behind bars.

What Was Victoria Scheming To Do?
TMZ first broke the news of the arrest of Victoria Goodwin on Monday. She was allegedly plotting to have her husband murdered. She was in contact with an inmate in a Florida prison who was arranging for a hitman on the outside in California to carry out the plans.
Everything was supposed to go down in October. It’s unclear currently why an attempt was not made or if they were planning another. The plot was uncovered when police found and confiscated the inmate’s contraband cell phone inside the prison.
There were text messages between Victoria and the inmate as well as between the hitman and the inmate. In one message Victoria reportedly says, “Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce.”
Further messages were sent revealing the exact locations and times Aaron Goodwin would be filming Ghost Adventures with Zak Bagans in California. One uncovered message to the hitman says, “He’s asleep right now in the hotel room … I need to know what’s going on. Can I get an update. Was it done?”

Victoria Denies Wanting Aaron Goodwin Dead
Thankfully, the plot was not carried out and there is no word yet on if the plans were to continue or if she changed her mind. She allegedly had $11,515 set aside for the hit on Aaron. Reportedly there were plans to pay $2,500 up front.
After being taken into custody, Victoria denied the allegations against her. She says she never remembers sending any of these messages. She says she and Aaron were going through a rough patch and she was daydreaming about being away from him but denies ever wanting him dead.
As for the cash, Victoria says she thought it was helping the inmate buy more cell phones.
