‘Storage Wars’ Star Jarrod Schulz Demands To Return

Jarrod Schulz left Storage Wars after huge behind-the-scenes problems between him and Brandi Passante. After Season 12, the show went on a long hiatus and didn’t return to the air for almost two years. When it did return in 2021, there was a huge difference. Jarrod and Brandi were distant, and then, when that season ended, Jarrod was gone.

Now, Jarrod is demanding to return, saying that Storage Wars isn’t the same without him. Here is what you need to know.

Why Did Jarrod Schulz Leave Storage Wars?

Jarrod Schulz and Brandi Passante were known as The Young Guns and had starred on Storage Wars since its first season. However, what fans didn’t know was that they had broken up during the show’s two-year break. They kept it a secret and kept working on the show together, even though they almost never spoke during Season 12 episodes.

However, they finally confirmed the split later in 2021, and that is when they began making bitter and hateful comments about each other. This came as a shock to fans. Brandi and Jarrod starred on Storage Wars as a couple, making bids on units together to make a profit. They even had their own spinoff show called Brandi & Jarrod: Married To The Job.

Now, they were broken up, and fans wondered what that meant for Storage Wars. What is meant was Jarrod leaving the show completely. This came after a huge fight between the two of them at a bar. After interviewing witnesses, the DA charged Jarrod with one count of misdemeanor domestic violence battery.

Jarrod has not appeared on Storage Wars since Season 13 ended, while Brandi remained on the show into Season 15. That last season aired until August 2023.

Jarrod Schulz Wants To Return To Storage Wars

While Jarrod Schulz has not been on Storage Wars in almost four years, it seems he still wants to return to the reality TV show that made him famous. He made as much clear in a Facebook post.

Jarrod made a post and tagged Storage Wars, writing, “I was thinking it’s time for Storage Wars on A&E to ask me back for the new season! It just is not the same without me.” The most recent season aired from June 2023 to August 2023 but didn’t air anything in 2024. It seems that Jarrod might be angling for a return in 2025, although there is no way he would be working with Brandi again.

When it came to the comments to the post, they were mostly split on whether they wanted Jarrod back or not:

• “The OG is the best. Would welcome you back. You were fricken hilarious. I just don’t care for the super new buyers.”
• “I liked it better without Jarod and Brandi Much better with the newer cast but keep the old ones except for those two.”
• “It was all good when you and Brandi were on it, the team sealed the deal. But that’s over.”
