Feds Add 2 More ‘Victim-2 & Victims-3’ In Diddy Trafficking Case

Sean “Diddy” Combs has faced a variety of allegations since his September arrest. A recent update has since been announced in a probe into the charges against the music mogul. Two new alleged victims have since come out with more claims against the music mogul.
It’s Not Clear What Relationship Diddy Had With The Three Victims
Diddy has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, since his indictment back in September. Over the ensuing months, his legal team had attempted to see him released on house arrest. However, it’s believed that these plans were abandoned when a judge rejected a third bail proposal.
For the time being, Diddy is expected to be awaiting his upcoming trial in May. During this time, however, the mogul has since been the subject of various allegations that have since come out.

As shared by TMZ, one federal indictment against Diddy has recently included two new female victims. Both of them come with a slew of new allegations against the mogul.
The new filing, which has been described as a superseding indictment, has recently added “Victim-2” and “Victims-3.” Beforehand, only a “Victim-1” was listed.
According to new documents, Combs allegedly transported the three victims to “engage in prostitution.” Notably, this was one of the charges he was facing from his original indictment.
At this time, it’s unclear what relationship Combs had with the three alleged victims. However, the documents claimed, “[Diddy] provided the victims with, among other things, monetary payments, career opportunities, and payment of rent and housing expenses.”
Diddy’s Attorney Released A Statement Over The Update
A new detail has also been added to an earlier racketeering conspiracy charge against Diddy. Previously, it was alleged Diddy’s criminal enterprise lasted from 2008 to 2024. This has since been amended to the enterprise having started even earlier, in 2004.
Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo has also released a statement over the update. As he shared, “The latest Indictment contains no new offenses. The prosecution’s theory remains flawed.”

“The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.”
According to CNN, Combs’ legal team previously talked about the allegations concerning “Victim-1.” At the time, it was claimed that any activity between the victim and Diddy was “consensual.”
As TMZ noted, Diddy’s upcoming trial is set for May 5. At this time, the mogul has pled not guilty to the charges against him.
