‘Love After Lockup’ Monique Celebrates 100-Lb Weight Loss
Love After Lockup alum, Monique Robinson is celebrating her one-hundred-pound weight loss after cutting ties with her ex-fiance, Derek Werner. Love After Lockup Monique Celebrates 100-Lb Weight Loss
Monique Robinson and Derek Werner had a very interesting love affair. He was behind bars, which viewers saw on Love After Lockup. The two met through a penpal site and immediately hit it off. Derek was very into fitness whereas Monique liked to live life to the fullest and enjoy food. Occasionally, she would alter her photos or use the proper angles to disguise and hide her weight from Derek. As it came closer to his release, Monique attempted to seek professional help to drop the pounds.
She did not want Derek to know her true size and was often mocked for it. He seemed to love her regardless but he also had a very shady side. Derek was cheating left, right, and center and he could do that because they did not live in the same state. This broke Monique but then he proposed and she was there when he got into trouble again. Unfortunately, things came crashing down and they parted ways. However, he filed a restraining order against her and alleged she weighed 500 pounds. That was the ultimate slap in the face but now, Monique is back stronger.

She just took to her Instagram to show off her one-hundred-pound weight loss. Donning a pink tank top and black pants, her long hair is parted to the side. Monique is holding up three cupcakes with a candle on each of them. She has a 1 and two zeroes to represent the one hundred pounds she shed. The former Love After Lockup star blew each one out individually and posted a before and after below her. She is officially down 103 pounds.

Monique Robinson is not gatekeeping but rather does cop to using weight loss drugs for assistance. Furthermore, she looks amazing and her followers seem immensely proud of all she has achieved:
