Hallmark has an Arctic dogsledding adventure this holiday season called The Finnish Line. What is this new Christmas movie about? According to The Futon Critic, Anya wants to follow in her late father’s footsteps and participate in the 40th annual Joulurauha race in Finland. This is the last race her father participated in. However, he lost. Now, keeping his memory alive, Anya wants to win this race.
However, her lead dog gets hurt during the qualifying race. Now, she needs to find another. She finds one who is own by Cole, a former racer. He finds her story interesting, so he joins her to write about this journey. Anya has to overcome many obstacles including beating her father’s rival. Will she overcome the challenges and enjoy this journey?
When Will Hallmark Premiere The Finnish Line?
The premiere of The Finnish Line is on Sunday, December 1, at 6 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel.
