Sara Haines had some words for her The View co-host Joy Behar. The panelist said that she felt Behar had snubbed her over the summer and wanted to know why. While Sara is usually optimistic about the show and her co-hosts, this was one time that she wondered what was going on.

Here is what Sara had to say and why she felt Joy snubbed her.

Sara has been working as a host since Brian Teta fell ill. This episode was titled, Joy Behar and Sara Haines Take Over The Podcast. This opened with Sara telling Joy something that was bothering her that happened over the summer.

Joy performed in a show she wrote called My First Ex-Husband over the summer at the Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor. Sunny Hostin spoke about the show, having attended the performance. However, this rubbed Sara the wrong way.

“You did your show and didn’t invite me,” Sara said. This confused Joy, who simply repeated, “Invite you?”

Joy revealed it was more than a reading and was a full-fledged show and performance, which made Sara even more frustrated. “Oh my God!” Sara said. “Why is it that Sunny Hostin found her way there?” Sara asked if she had missed something and hadn’t seen an invitation.

However, Joy said that she didn’t snub her. She didn’t invite anyone. Joy said Sunny saw the ad, bought a ticket, and went alone. Sunny was vacationing in Sag Harbor as a new empty nester.

What Is My First Ex-Husband?

Joy Behar’s My First Ex-Husband is a series of monologues described as “funny and poignant.” Joy wrote the show, and she performed it to benefit the Bay State Theater on August 26.

This also wasn’t just Joy Behar by herself.  Susie Essman (Curb Your Enthusiasm), Tovah Feldshuh (Golda’s Balcony), Sherri Shepherd (Sherri), and more joined Joy for the performance at the Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts.

This wasn’t Joy’s first time on the stage, either. Behar starred in Nicky Silver’s play The Food Chain and Eve Ensler’s critically acclaimed play, The Vagina Monologues. She also wrote and performed in her solo show, Me, My Mouth and I.
