Amazon’s ‘The Grand Tour: One For The Road’ Is End Of Era
The end is here. However, The Grand Tour fans may not be ready for the end of an era. The three Top Gear alums, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May are finishing up the Amazon Prime series with a trip to Zimbabwe.
Just recently, the trio dissolved their company W Chump and Sons, ending their formal partnership. Now, fans get to see their one final excursion.

What The Grand Tour: One For The Road Is About
Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May are back for one last time. The final episode The Grand Tour entitled One For The Road is premiering soon. What is this new episode about?
In the Amazon Prime Preview Video, viewers get a hint of what is to come. The trio head to Zimbabwe, in Africa. In this tour, they are taking “three cars they’ve always wanted to own.”
Therefore, the trio has chosen a Lancia Montecarlo, a Ford Capri 3-liter, and a Triumph Stag.
They are headed “for a stunning road trip through beautiful and sometimes challenging landscapes leading to an emotional ending on a strangely familiar island.”
This journey is the end of nearly 22 years of working together, traversing around the world, including the North Pole. This all started in 2003 when car aficionados Clarkson, Hammond, and May began to work with the BBC in the series Top Gear.
Back in those days, they would put a star in a sensible car and keep track of the time. Such stars as Tom Cruise, Matt LeBlanc, and Helen Mirren hung out with the trio talking about their first vehicles.
However, they wound up on Amazon Prime after Clarkson had an altercation with a producer. Therefore, in 2016, the trio went to the streamer and created this new series.
Now that they are done, Amazon does intend on keeping The Grand Tour, but they have not announced any solid plans yet. It appears that finding replacements for Clarkson, Hammond, and May is difficult as Top Gear is also on indefinite hiatus.

Amazon Prime will drop the final episode entitled The Grand Tour: One For The Road on Friday, September 13.
Is Clarkson’s Farm Still On Amazon Prime?
Fans of The Grand Tour star Jeremy Clarkson’s show Clarkson’s Farm can breathe a sigh of relief. This Amazon Prime reality farm series is filming Season 4 now. Therefore, viewers should expect that to premiere sometime in the first half of 2025.
