And she might have a contestant with a backstory that’s never been told before.

Sam N. is one of her suitors. The 25-year-old entrepreneur is from California, but his family can trace their roots back to Iran. According to his ABC bio, Sam comes from a “big Persian family,” and family is extremely important to him.

He thinks he could be a match for Jenn Tran, but there’s one thing that might raise eyebrows among viewers. He’s never had a girlfriend before. The ABC Instagram shared a promo clip introducing Sam N. (not to be confused with suitor Sam M, a 24-year-old contractor from South Carolina.
The clip shows Sam N. presenting Jenn Tran with a sign asking her to be his first girlfriend, which she happily accepts. Fans will have to tune in to see if Sam N. and Jenn Tran’s relationship goes deeper.

Jenn Tran’s Season Filmed At Location Used On Popular ABC Show
ABC network synergy continues with Jenn Tran’s season. Joey Graziadei made his acting debut on an episode of Season 7 of 9-1-1, which stars Peter Krause, Oliver Stark, and Jennifer Love Hewitt.
It turns out that Jenn Tran also has a crossover of her own with the ABC drama. Fans may have already heard that Season 21 of The Bachelorette didn’t film at the famous mansion the franchise normally uses. She filmed in a different mansion that has ties to 9-1-1.

According to Decider, part of Jenn Tran’s season was filmed at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in the Simi Valley in California. The outlet notes that ABC’s first responder show filmed multiple episodes at the same location when it was on Fox.
9-1-1 moved to ABC after Fox canceled it following Season 6. It’s already been renewed by the network for Season 8, which won’t air until early 2025.
Luckily fans won’t have to wait that long to watch Jenn Tran’s season of The Bachelorette. Season 21 premieres on ABC on Monday, July 8, at 8 PM Eastern.
