Kyle & Mauricio Reunite To Gift Portia A New Car
Mauricio Umansky and his ex Kyle Richards have reunited once again amid their split to surprise their daughter Portia with a new car. The couple were previously brought back together when Portia turned 16 earlier this year. Now, the couple were seen side by side in TikTok videos of their daughter receiving her new set of wheels.
The couple was able to celebrate Portia hitting a milestone (getting her driver’s license) by buying her a brand-new luxury vehicle. Their older daughter, Sophia, was able to capture the special moment and Portia’s reaction to her huge surprise.
In the clip, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky can be seen walking Portia to the door. They’re heard asking, “Whose car is that?” Then, once Portia realized the car was hers, she started to cry and walked outside towards the Porsche SUV.
The 16-year-old continued to cry as she walked up next to “Portia’s new Porsche.” Kyle and Mauricio both smiled while they held Portia.
Shortly after the surprise was revealed, a second TikTok clip showed Portia taking her new car out for a test drive. Her two sisters and her mom sat in the backseat while her dad sat up front. For now, Portia is still driving with a learner’s permit because she is not eligible for an official license yet.

What’s Next For Kyle Richards & Mauricio Umansky?
This marks the second time this year that Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have been seen together. It was confirmed that they were separated in July 2023 after several months of rumors that they had broken up.
A source close to Kyle and Mauricio said that they were still living together, but that they had been separated for a while at the time the news broke. The insider told People, “They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”
After the story broke, the couple released a joint statement on Instagram. They said, “Any claims regarding divorcing are untrue.” The statement continued, “However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”
Concluding their statement, they clarified that there was “no wrongdoing on anyone’s part.” Then, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky asked for privacy for themselves and their family as they attempted to work through their problems.
In May of this year, it was confirmed that the couple was no longer living under the same roof. It is unclear if they are continuing to try and work on their issues or if a future divorce is inevitable.
