Nick Cannon Protects His ‘Balls’ With Multi-Million Dollar Policy

Nick Canon

In one of the strangest cases of a celebrity insuring a part of their body, Nick Cannon has announced a new policy he just took out. There have been several instances in which celebs have been protecting body parts. One example is America’s Got Talent star Heidi Klum insuring her legs for $2 million.

However, Canon insured a part of his body that seems awkward. Here is what you need to know.

Nick Cannon Insures His Testicles For $10 Million

Nick Cannon has taken out a $10 million insurance policy to protect his testicles. Cannon is well known for his many children; he has 12 kids with different women. With the new policy, Cannon protects his assets for future kids.

Cannon teamed up with men’s personal care company Dr. Squatch to evaluate the worth of his testicles. “Haters say it’s time for me to stop having kids and put this super sperm to rest, but I’m doubling down on these valuable balls and my future kids,” Cannon said (via U.S. Sun).

Cannon gave a “shoutout” to Dr. Squatch for coming up with the total policy and for understanding the worth of his testicles. He now has the “protection I need to keep this family tree rolling.”

These policies don’t really protect his testicles as much as they protect Nick Cannon from more kids in the future eating into his assets. While there is likely a provision to cover him in case of an injury, there is another side to this. The $10 million will protect him from future paternity lawsuits and cover that money for him.

Other Notable Insured Celeb Body Parts

Nick Cannon isn’t the only person to insure himself down under. Former Van Halen singer David Lee Roth also got an insurance policy protecting himself. He insured his actual sperm for $1 million. If he impregnates a woman, he is covered for $1 million in case of the paternity suit.

Dolly Parton is also someone who knows the worth of her body. Dolly joked in the 1970s that she took out an insurance policy for her breasts. However, she later said on a TODAY Show appearance that it was all a joke. She joked that she can always get “new boobs, but you can’t get new legs” when referring to people insuring their legs.

However, Holly Madison did ensure her breasts. She got her policy for $1 million for each one of them, calling it a “career decision.”  At the end of the day, no one beats out Nick Cannon’s ex, Mariah Carey’s policy. She insured her legs for $1.035 billion after she signed on with Gillette to be their spokesperson.

Are you surprised that Nick Cannon has insured his testicles? Do you think there is any need for something like this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
