When Jax Taylor was getting cozy with his publicist, Lori Krebs in the middle of February 2024, it was supposedly just business. Though fans had speculated Brittany Cartwright had moved out of their Valley Village home based on her social media, they denied any issues. Two weeks later, Brittany revealed that they had taken time apart and she was living elsewhere. Some fans thought it was a publicity stunt due to The Valley premiering the following month. That proved to be false and Brittany reiterated that it had nothing to do with cheating.
She also noted that they were both allowed to date other people while they were apart. Plus, Jax had not been doing what she had asked him to do for a very long time so it seemed like he would never change. Now, on the heels of The Valley Season 1 finale with no set date for a reunion, Jax took to Twitter/X to talk about Brittany. He said people should be asking her who she has been sleeping with for the last four months.
If this is true, that would be the beginning of February 2024 and she had moved out at the end of January. Therefore, she would be entitled to date whomever she wanted to. This made it to a Reddit thread. So, what did fans have to say about Jax Taylor’s little rant?

Is It Jax?
As much as fans wanted Brittany Cartwright to go out and do her own thing, they also had a theory. Some believed that Jax Taylor was referring to himself in the since-deleted tweet:
- He’s talking about himself. I’m convinced of it.
- That’s how I read it as well. He’s saying she’s back sleeping with him even though they are “separated”.
- That’s kind of what I thought too. I remember when they broke up when he cheated they were hooking up on the sly
Back in Season 6 of Vanderpump Rules, Jax cheated on Brittany with Faith Stowers and she said she needed a break from him. Then, she went home and they were immediately intimate. So, even though she is not happy with him, was he spilling the tea that they were still sleeping together?
