Whether 7 Little Johnstons fans like it or not, this season has been all about Liz Johnston, Brice Bolden, and her pregnancy storyline with her daughter. Any fans who follow their social media accounts in real-time know that Liz gave birth to a baby girl, Leighton Bolden.
The one interesting thing about 7 Little Johnstons Season 14 episodes this season is the fact that watchers get to see what went on behind the scenes. While fans may never know everything that went down, current scenes fill in a lot of the gaps and connect a lot of the dots.

After all the drama surrounding Liz Johnston and Brice Bolden breaking up and getting back together, current 7 Little Johnstons scenes finally caught up to Liz’s pregnancy reveal. There was added drama with all of this because of the fact that Liz hid her pregnancy from her parents for the first 21 weeks.
Liz Johnston and her storyline have done the majority of the heavy lifting this season in terms of carrying the season. One of the biggest questions a lot of fans had, including Liz’s own family members, was whether or not Liz Johnston’s baby would be a little person or an average-size person.
When Liz went in for her ultrasound, she and Brice Bolden learned that they would be having an average-size baby, news that they eventually broke to all of the family members.
7 Little Johnstons: Will There Be A Leighton Bolden Birth Special?
As far into the current 7 Little Johnstons season as things are, viewers are starting to question how TLC will choose to handle the arrival of Leighton Bolden. So far, there have been a few theories that viewers have come up with.
On the one hand, TLC might have just filmed things like a regular episode, including Liz Johnston going to the hospital and eventually welcoming Leighton Bolden into the family.
Another possibility fans have suggested is having Liz rushed to the hospital and then ending the season on a birth cliffhanger, which would then carry over into the following season.
Aside from those two scenarios, another possibility viewers are talking about is TLC dedicating a “birth special” episode to everything that went into getting Liz to the hospital and eventually welcoming her daughter. There are certainly a few routes that the network could go with this.
