‘Southern Charm’ Kathryn Dennis Arrested After 3-Car Collision
Former Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis was just arrested after a three-car collision that occurred Monday, May 20th, 2024. The mother of two was just under a microscope for her drastic weight loss. Now, she is in hot water after a horrific accident but how did it go down and is everyone okay? Southern Charm Kathryn Dennis Arrested After 3-Car Collision
Kathyrn Dennis’ past issues with substances are no secret to viewers of Southern Charm. They have been well-documented and she even lost custody of her two children, Kensie and Saint. She shares them with her ex and former co-star, Thomas Ravenel who has also had his share of issues. Over time, she has been able to spend more and more time with them. Just the other day, Kathryn shared a photo of her and Saint at one of his flag football games and they looked happier than ever.
Then, according to TMZ, Kathryn was part of a three-car collision that occurred on Monday, May 20th, 2024 in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The Bravo alum was arrested as she was found to be under the influence. Per an officer who was at the scene, Kathryn had “glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from her person.” She was also allegedly impaired, as well. Back in October 2023, Kathryn was the driver behind a hit-and-run however she was never charged for that. So, this is not boding well for her as she is trying to get her life fully back in order.
Kathryn Dennis was working on herself after failing drug tests therefore losing custody of her children. She and Thomas Ravenel have not had a great co-parenting relationship. For Mother’s Day, she posted about not getting to see Kensie and Saint but Thomas turned it on her. He alleged that she was able to see them but it was up to her to make sure she did so. However, she did not do this so he maintained it was not his fault.

The Southern Charm cast is still very close to Kathryn Dennis. Craig Conover, who had flirted with her in Season 1, shared that they had filmed with Kathryn for Season 9. Yet, he admitted that he had a feeling it would never make it to television. She is also still very close to Olivia Flowers who had been with Thomas Ravenel several years back. This was revealed in the Season 9 reunion by Taylor Ann Green. Though Taylor thought Kathryn would be livid by this revelation, she stood by Olivia and said they were stronger than ever. Hopefully, she has all the support she needs during this time so she can get whatever help she needs.
