Vanessa Lachey Regrets They Did Not Get To Say Good-Bye

When CBS announced the shock cancelation of NCIS: Hawaii after only three seasons, Vanessa Lachey shared on IG that she regretted that they were not given the opportunity to say a “proper goodbye.” Therefore, she did so herself in an emotional message of goodbye to her historic character Jane Tennant. NCIS: Hawaii Ended With Cliffhanger

Unfortunately for fans of NCIS: Hawaii, fans will not get the conclusion to the cliffhanger. After a surprise party for Sam Hanna (LL Cool J), Jane Tennant went home to find Maggie (Julie White) there. Maggie tells her, “Janie, you’re probably going to need a drink for what’s coming next.”

Unfortunately, fans will never know what she is going to reveal. That is because CBS did not renew the series for even a shortened goodbye season. Now, that cliffhanger will mar this fan-favorite series.

NCIS: Origins Taking NCIS: Hawaii Time Slot

Next fall, the NCIS OG prequel Origins will be taking over the Hawaii time slot. Nicknamed by many sources as “Young Gibbs,” this Mark Harmon-narrated spinoff takes place in the early 90s when Leroy Jethro Gibbs joins NCIS. Mark, along with his son Sean co-created the series and are the executive producers. This series promises the same sort of audience as the OG, not unlike Young Sheldon.

NCIS: Hawaii fans, are you still reeling from the cancelation?
