Just like the other farmers and all the ladies who filmed Farmer Wants A Wife Season 2, everyone was hoping to find love in the end. Due to the nature of the show, not everyone is going to get the happy ending they hoped for. Everything came down to the wire.
Megan Lay was one of the women on the farm hoping to find the farmer of her dreams. She was on the farm with Ty Ferrell, and made it all the way to the final two ladies. However, as fans saw, Ty ended up choosing no one in the end, which surprised many.
Children A Deal Breaker For Ty Ferrell And Megan Lay
Despite the connection that Ty Ferrell and Megan Lay built over their time on the farm, children ended up being the deal breaker for these two. Ty was adamant about not having more children in the future. This is something he knew Megan wanted, and he didn’t want to be someone to keep her from having them.
Ty Ferrell didn’t choose Melody either. Ty didn’t feel that Melody was fully committed to living with him on the farm. This far down the road, he still had a lot of questions, and, if he were to move forward, he needed those questions answered. So, in many ways, there were no winners in this Farmer Wants A Wife situation.
Farmer Wants A Wife: Megan Opens Up About Ty Rejection
After the shocking double rejection on Farmer Wants A Wife, Megan Lay recently broke her silence on everything that went down. Megan told her followers that she believes “everything happens for a reason.” She may not have gotten what she wanted out of the journey on the show, but, she said that she is “grateful” for all the friends she made.
Megan Lay went on to thank everyone that was part of the process, from the wranglers, to the sound crew, to the other ladies, and everyone in between. Despite not getting chosen in the end, Megan Lay isn’t bitter at all about her Farmer Wants A Wife experience.
