‘Tracker’ Season 1, Episode 10 ‘Into The Wild’ Includes ‘Yellowstone’ Guest Star

Tracker feels like it barely started, but Justin Hartley’s hit CBS series is down to the final four episodes of Season 1. With each episode, there promises to be a lot of surprises and peeling of the layers of Colter Shaw’s fascinating life. Episode 10 entitled “Into The Wild” shows Colter going deep into the wilderness. In addition, one of the guest stars in this episode is from the hit Paramount series Yellowstone.

What Is Tracker Episode ‘Into The Wild’ About?

In the Tracker Season 1, Episode 10 entitled “Into The Wild,” Colter Shaw has to use all of his skills. What happens in this episode? According to Carter Matt, “Colter journeys into the wilderness of Idaho to help track down the owner of an aerial outfitting company’s missing adult children, and friends of Reenie’s father, who were last seen in a plane that took off during bad weather with a mysterious client on board.”

Tracker ‘Into The Wild’ Features Yellowstone Star

Fans will recognize Yellowstone star Gil Birmingham in this upcoming episode of Tracker. In this episode he is Gus McMillion. However, on Yellowstone, he portrays Thomas Rainwater, the chief of the Broken Rock Reservation on the hit Paramount series. In addition, fans of the Twilight series also know Birmingham as Billy Black.

Yellowstone star Gil Birmingham has had a lot of free time waiting to film the final episodes of the Taylor Sheridan series. He and the cast return to the set in May. Therefore, there was time for the talented 73-year-old actor star to guest star on Justin Hartley’s top CBS series.

How Many Tracker Episodes Are Left?

There will be a total of 13 episodes of Tracker Season 1. That means there will be three additional episodes after “Into The Wild” premieres. The final episode of the first season will air on Sunday, May 19, at 9 p.m., Eastern. This episode is entitled “The Storm.”

Best of all, Tracker has already been renewed for Season 2. Amy Reisenbach, the President of CBS Entertainment, shared how this series has gone gangbusters since its premiere after Super Bowl LVIII.

We knew we had something special when we saw the very first cut of the series and the overwhelming audience response confirms it. We couldn’t be more grateful to Justin, the talented cast, the incredible writing and producing teams, and our partners at 20th Television for such compelling episodes. And, of course, we’re also so thankful to the millions of viewers turning in each week.

Therefore fans of the This Is Us alum’s new series can breathe easier that the adventures of Colter Shaw will continue. However, CBS has not yet shared how many episodes will be in Season 2.
