Undoubtedly, Tori is finding ways to process the turbulent waters of divorce. While she has embraced the role of a single mom to her five kids, she discusses how difficult it is. Without a doubt, she is learning to navigate life after a high-profile marriage.

Without a doubt, divorce is difficult no matter what, but when there are five kids the aftermath is exponential. Sadly, the world saw the longtime Home Sweet Hollywood sweethearts fall apart before their eyes. After Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott’s announcement of plans to divorce, pictures show Tori and her kids living in an RV. Reportedly, at the time, it was easy to believe Tori and her five kids: Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau,7, were hotel hopping and even resorting to living in an RV due to financial strains. However, Tori is here to set the record straight.

Tori Spelling Tells All On misSpelling

On Monday, Tori Spelling launched the first episode of her new podcast, misSpelling.  Within the first episode, “MisBehavers,” Tori talks with former Beverly Hills, 90210 costar, Shannen Doherty. During the show, she also details her split from Dean McDermott and the repercussions following. Undeniably, parting ways after eighteen years of marriage is bound to leave a wake behind. Furthermore, during the podcast, she addresses the assumed “living” arrangements after their announcement. Notably, Tori asserts the family never fully lived in the mobile home. Instead, she explains they were renting it for the summer “like every other family.” Additionally, expressing she was making memories with her kids as they “drove up the coast and camped.”

Peers Shame Daughter, Stella

Although Tori Spelling and her kids’ living arrangements were misrepresented, when her oldest daughter, Stella, returned to school she was bullied by her peers. Sadly, Stella’s classmates teased her about the RV. Tori reveals in the podcast that Stella was “shamed” at school because of it. Additionally, other students even took it further, questioning if the family was “homeless.”

Undoubtedly, this was difficult for Tori as a mom. She recalls Stella saying, “People already talk about us at school. They know you and they know the family and they read the press.” Further tearing at her heart, she talks about Stella’s discussions. She remembers, “She had someone come up to her at school and ask, ‘Are you in the school district, or where does your RV park? Because you live in an RV with your mom right?'” Unmistakably, it must be very difficult for each of the family members to go through this divorce.
