Did Dannielle Merrifield’s Pregnancy Run Off Nathalia?
Dannielle Merrifield did not feel connected to her newest potential sister wife, Nathalia as she did with Roberta. She and her husband, Garrick Merrifield had been courting Roberta for their first two seasons of Seeking Sister Wife. Sadly, after much money spent and a lot of effort put forth, she opted not to come to America and follow through with their plans. They then found Nathalia who seemed to be what they had been looking for but there was one big problem. She appeared to be more invested in Garrick than Dannielle, eventually not returning the latter’s messages.
Garrick headed to Brazil to spend a month with Nathalia so they could get married but something happened while he was away. Dannielle found out she was pregnant. As she was set to head to Brazil, she FaceTimed Garrick to tell him and he was shocked though he said it was a gift. Now fans are speculating his reaction may have been for a specific reason and a Reddit thread was started:
- Suspected polygamy is usually a disqualifying factor for a spousal or K-1 visa. I wonder if that’s why Garrick isn’t happy.

It was also noted that one social security number run on Garrick would prove he had a baby with Dannielle Merrifield after he married Nathalia. This could throw a wrench in their wedding plans and make it impossible for Nathalia to come to America. So, what did fans have to say?

What About The Show?
Several Seeking Sister Wife fans pointed out that it did not matter about his social security number or anything of the sort. Garrick Merrifield had the show to prove that he was seeking out another wife and had actively been doing so for three seasons. Therefore, he and Dannielle Merrifield were not being that discreet. In the end, it appears that Nathalia has stayed in Brazil. She recently showed off her law license that she obtained so did Dannielle’s pregnancy end her relationship with Garrick? Especially since it happened right before she was supposed to marry him? Finally, if it were to jeopardize her coming to America, would she want to put herself through that?

I believe Garrick wants to marry a younger woman or two..he is ready to leave Danielle behind…I also don’t believe she was really into other women in her husband’s life..she had to except it to keep him around..maybe just for their kids..he was a jerk from the start..cant believe she didn’t know that.
