The Hulu star has been open about her breastfeeding journey with her son, Rocky Thirteen. Not long ago, she shared a snap of herself in black lingerie with a breast pump.

Some of her fans thought the move was bold, but many supported her trying to make breastfeeding a normal thing to see on social media. After all, everyone’s journey with breastfeeding looks different. Some moms may find comfort that even Kourtney Kardashian is hand-pumping milk before she goes out.

The Hulu star was also very open about her pregnancy at an older age. She shared her struggles with her fans and talked about how scary it was to have to undergo surgery while carrying her unborn son. Now, she has shared something that has some of her followers raising their eyebrows.

Why Is Kourtney Chugging Her Own Breast Milk?

Kourtney Kardashian decided to guzzle a glass of her own breast milk and share it on her Instagram Story on Wednesday, April 10. In the video, she gave a thumbs-up and had a crazy-looking filter over her face.

The Kardashians star has been breastfeeding her son for about five months now. It appears as though she may have some extra breast milk stocked up because she is guzzling it down for herself.

Drinking breast milk has been a somewhat trendy topic recently. Many people have claimed that drinking breast milk improves their health and immune system. It seems like Kourtney jumped on the breast milk bandwagon after she started feeling sick.

Recently, Kourtney Kardashian has been sharing tips about what she has done to maximize her milk supply. Apparently, she has been increasing her intake of amaranth, barley, congees, millet, oats, rice, bone broth, kichari, and congees.

Going health-crazy isn’t anything new for the Kardashians. Brody Jenner admitted to putting some breast milk in his coffee last year. For Kourtney, it is more about improving her health, which she has been steadily focused on since giving birth.

She got back into the gym when she was seven weeks postpartum. The reality TV star said that she is focused on “keeping my body alive.” She pointed out that breastfeeding requires you to keep your calories high and you must eat nourishing foods. So, she’s doing just that (and enjoying the rewards herself).
