Actresses and soap stars have been known to join RHOBH. Kyle Richards and her sister, Kim Richards had been known for their roles in Halloween and Escape to Witch Mountain, respectively. As time went on, soap stars Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson jumped aboard followed by Denise Richards. She had been known for modeling and a bevy of film and TV roles. Then, Garcelle Beauvais added her flair to RHOBH with many celebs being Bravo super fans. Now, Bette Midler has come out of the woodwork and shared that she wants to be a part of the madness.
She recently sent out a tweet sharing that she has never seen the show but she wanted to know if it was “too late” for her to join the show. Mainly because she wanted to “talk some sh*t” and get paid for doing so.

Bravo saw this and immediately responded with: “Talk about a glorious crossover.” Then, Bette decided to share her possible tagline: “I think my tagline should be, “Those Beaches don’t know what’s about to hit ‘em!!” This is in reference to her classic film, Beaches.

So, what did fans of the show think about this? They shared their thoughts in a Reddit thread:

- Omg. She will keep it REAL
- Kyle broke and shamed her entire family to be relevant, only to be outshined by a single tweet.
- I selfishly want this but noooo bette noooo! You’re too iconic please don’t go out this way.

They Want It But Is It Real?
Some RHOBH fans questioned if this was real or an April Fool’s Day joke. Yet, others pointed out the timestamp and it was done at the end of March. Therefore, maybe Bette Midler really does want to be a part of the show. More so, Jamie Lee Curtis has made appearances on the series and had a lot of fun plus made her mark. Viewers would love to see Bette as part of the cast but they do not think it is feasible but this would be an epic shakeup.
