Austin Forsyth’s wife sometimes wears glasses and her son, Gideon wears them all the time. Evelyn, the middle child doesn’t need them, but the TLC alum got her checked. Gideon goes for regular testing and sometimes, the specialist dilates his pupils. However, it seems that his little brother, Gunner didn’t need to do that on his first visit.

Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth welcomed Gunner in May last year, and TLC fans agree that he’s a very cute kid. As he meets his milestones, the Counting On alum gives her followers lots of feedback. Probably, because Gideon wears eyeglasses and struggles with dyslexia, she looks for signs of problems early.

In her latest vlog, the Duggar daughter shared scenes of the children playing in the rain and jumping in puddles. Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth left the medical facility before she talked about Gunner’s test results. Fortunately, the doctor told her that her little boy seemed to be just fine. The Counting On alum also told her TLC fans:

His eyes togther are tracking really [well], so no signs of lazy eye. And, that…um…his vision is great. And, no need for glasses…

While the news about Gunner was good, the TLC alum felt irritated because Evelyn put stickers on the windows of the car after the eye test.

In the comments section, TLC fans talked about young kids wearing eyeglasses:

  • @arbarefoot77barefoot66: My Granddaughter started wearing glasses at 8 months. She will be 3 on 4/13 and does great with them. I hate it for her, but if it helps her, it’s worth it!
  • @marfaninwv: Thats amazing!!! I wish every state did that sooo important. My dislocated lenses were [not] found until age 4. Should be mandatory!
