Amber Johnston Breaks Silence About Her Huge Accomplishment
Amber Johnston used to teach classes, but she changed direction and started college in 2021, which saw her obtain her Bachelor’s degree this week. A lot of people confused her post with her daughter, Elizabeth “Liz” Johnston who has been studying nursing. Her mom announced that she started her senior year at college in August 2023.
Some TLC Fans Didn’t Know Amber Johnston Changed Careers
In 2020, the mom of five kids decided to give up her career in real estate. Not everyone knew that, though. So, when she spoke about teaching kids how to use computers, some people were surprised. In an update, she said that she hoped to use her experience to help kids learn about proper terminology for addressing little people.
Amber Johnston, Liz, Emma, and Alex all studied through the last few years. In August last year, she was very excited about her two youngest kids. The TLC star told fans that the two young adults had started their senior year of high school. At the time, she didn’t talk about herself, but it seemed amazing for fans to see the cute kids all grown up. This week, she broke her silence about her own studies.

7 Little Johnstons Star Obtains Bachelor’s Degree
On March 9, the grandmother to Leighton Drew proudly took to her Instagram and shared a photo of her graduation gown and cap. In her caption, she said:

Amber Johnston found many 7 Little Johnstons fans who thought it was Liz who had qualified:

- Congratulations, and with a new baby!!!!! Amazing!!!!

Other TLC fans explained that it was Amber Johnston graduating from Middle Georgia State University. Those in the know, also added that she studied for her Bachelor of Social Work. So, a lot of enlightened congrats went in:

Interestingly, in July last year, some TLC fans slammed Trent’s wife for speaking at a Little People function. Critics felt that she wasn’t qualified to talk about parenting, advocating mental health, employment, and more. Well, it seems that she might have learned something about that during her studies.
