‘American Idol’: Is Katy Perry Pregnant?
Katy Perry has her fans talking and doing a lot of speculating. The American Idol judge has people all around the world wondering if she is pregnant with her second child. All this uproar is due to the fact Katy Perry wore a revealing red dress to the Billboard Women in Music event last night.
All About The Rumor-Generating Red Dress
The American Idol judge wore a two-piece gown. It had a low-rise skirt. The top of the gown was a strapless corset. The strapless corset showed off her cleavage.
The tiered skirt laced up in the back. This lace-up design allowed Katy Perry to expose her back and her “backside.” It exposed so much of her backside, her black string thong could be seen.
American Idol Fans Are Thinking “Pregnant!”
The little red dress Katy Perry wore has many American Idol fans as well as Katy Perry fans jumping to the conclusion she is pregnant. Those fans jumped on social media with their speculations and that is when the rumors started to fly.

“Is that a pregnant gut?” a social media user asked. Another answered that question with “Katy looks pregnant.”
“Pregnant ? And that dress is horrible too,” someone critiqued.
Another social media user didn’t appear to be the least bit surprised. “I knew she was pregnant!! That’s cool. Congrats,” the fan wrote.
Katy Perry’s American Idol Exit
If American Idol fans are right and Katy Perry is pregnant, it could explain her reasoning behind leaving the reality competition show. She made the announcement she was leaving American Idol last month, just before the premiere, on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Before the rumor mill started up about the American Idol judge being pregnant, there was speculation was to why she was quitting the megahit television show. Many believed it was because of her negative attitude towards the contestants. Others thought was due to the fact Katy Perry was “unprofessional.”
Is Katy Perry Pregnant?
American Idol fans can speculate all they want about Katy Perry being pregnant or not pregnant. No one will know for sure until she makes the announcement or is seen with a new baby. Until either one of those things happen, fans will just have to keep wondering and speculating.
