‘General Hospital’: Is Dante Leaving The Show?
General Hospital had a major shakeup on Monday, March 4th, 2024. Not only did Jason Morgan make his big comeback but Dante Falconeri got caught in the crossfire. Does this mean that Dominic Zamprogna is leaving the show? Read on for more details.
General Hospital: Is Dante Leaving The Show?
Dante Falconeri was in a hot spot today on General Hospital as his father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was shot at. When Dante made his way to a rooftop where the shots came from, he was not only shot at but shocked. There, he saw the supposedly dead Jason Morgan. Yes, Steve Burton is back in full swing but that makes it very suspicious as to why he was with someone who would aim at Sonny. Though Jason ruined the shot targeted for Sonny, he did not stop the gun from going off again. Now, the biggest question is if Dante is exiting the series.
He will be back, clearly, as he is bleeding with Jason by his side. Keep in mind that this is an interesting predicament given that Dante is with Sam McCall. Sam was also one of Jason Morgan’s soulmates so how will this all factor in? No one knows but fans really want to know what is going on with this character. Is he leaving to make room for Jason and Sam? Or, is this just a curveball thrown their way?

There are so many questions and it will likely be some time before anyone gets any answers. This is how soap operas operate. As for what will come of Dante, it seems unlikely that he would leave at such a pivotal time.
Why Would He Stay?
As of now, there is no word that General Hospital has released Dominic Zamprogna from his role as Dante Falconeri. More so, it does not appear that he has taken on another role elsewhere. Therefore, this is just the beginning of a very interesting storyline that will intertwine many longstanding cast members. As for how long he will be down for, that could take a very long time in soap land.

Please don’t kill Dante off !!! He has to stay on , who will raise Rocko with Lulu in a coma ?? Rocko needs his Dad !! Kill Nina or Miss Lu off but not Dante !!

Please don’t kill off Dante he has so many stories ahead of him. He is my favorite character please don’t kill off Dante.
Dante will survive this! After all, he’s been shot before, right? Of course he has. He will survive this horrible situation so that he can marry Sam. That’s what needs to happen here. Nothing else is acceptable. And please don’t make Jason an enemy of Sonny, that would be too hard to wrap our heads around. They’re friends not enemies. So happy that Steve is back though!!
Please leave Dante… Dante and Sam have a family to raise.. lulu is gone. Now what. There is plenty of effect with everybody on board…
Maybe he can go to the facility where Lulu is recovering and they both heal and come back together.
