Ariana is mentioned in the lawsuit with claims that she sent the video to other people.
The court filing reveals behind-the-scenes details about the scandal that viewers didn’t know. For example, Rachel Leviss alleges that Ariana and production knew about the affair months before it was exposed by the press.

According to Rachel, it wasn’t just Ariana who knew about the affair. The court filing alleges that the affair was “well-known to many cast members and suspected by others”

I think it’s absolutely possible they knew or suspected. The way a cheating scandal brought everyone to a level of hysteria that was almost comical wasn’t exactly the way this group rides. Theyve all done it. Tom and Ariana weren’t intimate for ages. She didn’t want to get married or have kids and had her moment with Lala but that doesn’t seem to matter. Instead every woman who has been cheated on brought their angst to bear on Tom. Can’t we please be done with it and everyone stop being such hypocrites.
