Why is Savannah Chrisley’s podcast, Unlocked, deemed “insufferable” and why would anyone say that? The twenty-six-year-old has been working hard on her projects since her parents went to prison. One of them that she is very passionate about is her podcast. So, what is so bad about it? Read on for more details.

Why Is Savannah Chrisley’s Podcast Slammed As ‘Insufferable’?

It has been about a year and a half since Savannah Chrisley launched Unlocked. This is her podcast where she chats about everything. She has also been able to give status updates on her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley who are currently serving time behind bars. Todd is in Pensacola, Florida whereas Julie is in Kentucky with the hopes that she will come home as soon as 2025. Savannah also raises her siblings, Grayson Chrisley and Chloe Chrisley while dealing in real estate. Yet, it seems that not everyone loves what she has to offer with her podcast.

Keep in mind, it does have 4.5 stars out of nearly 2K votes on the Podcasts app so not everyone feels she is “insufferable.” So, what prompted this statement? According to a Reddit thread, it’s really all about the commercials. Those are what struck the OP, who wrote this:

  • Does anyone listen to Savannah’s podcast? I had to stop because the commercials are in the worst spots. Some are placed right in the middle of a sentence. She really needs someone to help her out with it. What’s y’all’s thoughts about it?

So it seems that the biggest issue is the commercial placement which is understandable. However, did others feel the same way about Savannah Chrisley’s podcast or were they more positive?

  • I tried but I found the whole thing quite insufferable. She doesn’t seem well-educated nor does she seem to have a whole lot of real-world experience and yet thinks she’s the smartest person in the room.
  • When she says, “ayund“ to link every single sentence every single minute – gah! Drives me nuts!
  • Her voice grates.
  • I don’t listen, her voice is dreadful.

This Is A Problem

So, it appears that it is not just the commercials that listeners have struggled with. Overall, they just do not care for Savannah Chrisley as a podcast host. However, some believe that she could benefit from some training. So, there is hope for her down the line. She was funny and a fan favorite when she was on Chrisley Knows Best but that was an ensemble show. There, she worked alongside her family and had people to bounce off of. Maybe in time, she will be better.
