Kevin is a father of four. He shares two children with his ex-wife, Torrei Hart, who he was married to from 2003 to 2011. The standup icon also shares two children with his current wife, Eniko Parrish, whom he married in 2016.

As it turns out, someone with the same name was arrested and charged with murder. Kevin Hart, a man from Central Valley, was actually the person who was arrested. Allegedly, Hart visited the home of Jackie Robinson, 65, and beat her to death.
Although the actor and comedian has committed no such crime, he has been arrested before. So, there has been confusion online about the charges being brought forth against Kevin Hart. In 2013, the comedian was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. His car hit a tanker truck on a freeway in Southern California. The beloved comedian then failed a sobriety test and was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. He served three years probation after he pleaded no contest to the charges.
However, those charges weren’t anything as heinous as murder. The mixup online is understandable and many of Kevin’s fans have felt the need to distinguish between the two men. After all, the Ride Along star did absolutely nothing wrong this time.
