In June and July of 2021, TLC fans noticed that Chase Severino’s ex had lost some weight. Definitely, when Season 9 premiered, she seemed a bit slimmer. Remember, that was the season when she dated her secret French Tutor. As she’d previously talked about gastric surgery, TLC fans expected to see more about it. Instead, they saw a man with no name and no face.
Whitney Way Thore fans were left dangling about weight loss surgery. However, as she’d rebooted her NoBSActive fitness business, she might have lost weight through exercise. Of course, she lost a lot more weight since then. MBFFL fans now seem convinced that she’s on Ozempic, a drug used for diabetes that helps with weight. She denied that, but did TLC viewers discover proof of weight loss surgery?

On February 8, an OP on Reddit shared a screenshot of an advert from Instagram. The photo revealed the TLC star and the wording offered a “discount” and time to pay off “gastric sleeve surgery.“ The advert sponsored by @gozdehospitals, offered an “all-inclusive package.”
In the caption, the Redditor spoke about Whitney Way Thore and seemed to think it was amusing.

Most TLC fans didn’t believe that the My Big Fat Fabulous star went to a Turkish hospital for a gastric sleeve survey.
- Oh wow. Is possiblethey used her image without her consent.

Some MBFFL fans discussed that it probably isn’t proof of surgery because “Tess Holiday’s photo is on their website as well,” and “it was not used with her consent.”
