While Khloe Kardashian is an adoring aunt to Dream Kardashian, she often feels like a second mother to her. At times, The Kardashians fans have even speculated that Khloe is raising Dream instead of Rob and Dream’s mom, Blac Chyna. Both Dream and True are together often and seemingly act more like sisters than cousins. On Khloe’s Instagram, she posts a picture of the two cuties. While short and sweet, his statement and multiple emojis spoke volumes since he rarely appears in the public eye. However, Dream has his heart and it shows.
