It is time for the NFL Pro Bowl 2024 and fans are wondering why Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs isn’t playing in the big game. It is obvious that he is someone that would be chosen. So why did Travis skip the Pro Bowl 2024?

Fans that noticed Travis Kelce is not there wondered if he was even picked for the game. It turns out that Travis was picked for the ninth time in a row. Travis is considered one of the best tight ends of all time. So yes, of course, he was picked for the big game. The first time that he was chosen for the game was back in 2015. He has made the NFL 2010s All-Decade Team, also won two Super Bowls, plus four first-team All-Pros, and broken several records.

Why Isn’t He There?
Travis isn’t skipping the Pro Bowl to go to the Grammys with his girlfriend Taylor Swift. It turns out that he is going to have to miss that too. That is because it is Super Bowl time and that is the priority right now.

Travis Kelce has to miss the Pro Bowl 2024 and that is because of his team making it to the Super Bowl. That is the priority right now. He has to make sure he doesn’t get hurt for the big game. There is no reason to play in the Pro Bowl and risk an injury that could hurt the Kansas City Chiefs when it comes to their chance to win the big game.
The Pro Bowl is actually a week before the Super Bowl. This is a big change because in the past it was the week after. That would have given Travis Kelce the chance to play in both. The way that they have changed it up he just can’t make it work to do both of the games. He is focusing on the Super Bowl and not getting hurt for that. Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram replaced Kelce on the AFC Pro Bowl roster so he will be playing instead.
