Here is what you need to know about Genius Litter on Shark Tank and where you can buy it.

What is Genius Litter on Shark Tank?

Genius Litter is a new revolutionary health monitoring product for pets. It is a color-changing litter formula that catches early signs of illness. As a new product promising to keep pets healthy, it seems like it could offer something unique and important benefits for pet owners.

Ramon van Meer (also known as Ramon V) created the Genius Litter three years ago and he is not new to the entrepreneurial world. He has bought and sold over a dozen businesses over his career, including a soap opera blog called SoapHub.com that he took from ground zero and then sold for over $8.75 million in just two years. His new venture is Genius Litter.

Genius Litter is a health-indicating cat litter that changes color if your cat is sick. Ramon launched the company three years ago and the business is now doing $5 million a year in revenue. This is all from a high school dropout who started creating his own businesses at the age of 18.

According to Ramon, his product catches urine abnormalities that can lead to illnesses and diseases early. This allows a pet owner to get to the vet sooner and fix a problem before it gets worse. Ramon also uses the profits from his company to give back and has donated over $100,000 in dog food and kitty litter to animal shelters.

While Ramon is the entrepreneur, he works with veterinarians on staff to perfect this product for pet owners. The Genius Litter itself is completely safe and uses mineral silica gel, which is also eco-friendly. The litter changes to three different colors, with each color specifying something different.

  • Dark Green or Blue could mean bladder stones or a UTI
  • Yellow or Orange could mean UTI, Calcium oxalate crystals, kidney disease, or metabolic acidosis
  • Red is the presence of blood, which could mean bladder cancer, bladder stones, UTI, or renal pathology.
