Steve Harvey Rips ‘Family Feud’ Contestant For ‘Stupid’ Answer

Steve Harvey is mostly unfiltered when talking to the players on The Family Feud. When someone gives an answer he thinks is ridiculous, he will tell them about it. When someone says something controversial, Steve will have a response to that, too. In a recent episode, he called a player “stupid” for an answer he felt would get the man in trouble at home.
Here is what happened on the recent episode of Family Feud.
Steve Harvey Calls Out Family Feud Player For ‘Stupid’ Answer
On a recent Family Feud episode, a player named Kegan was answering a question and decided he would make a risky but popular answer. This all started when Steve was asking the two players at the podium, “Name something you have, but your mother thinks you deserve better.”
One player answered, “a bigger house.” This was third on the board (out of six answers). To steal, the other man replied, “a better job,” which was second on the board, so he had a chance to steal for his family. Steve went over and asked the next person in the family – his son, Kegan.
Kegan then gave his answer. He said, “I swear to God this is not me” before answering, “Spouse, Girlfriend.” He admitted, “I have a great girlfriend, so this is not me. This is what everyone else would say.” Steve said, “This is your answer.” Kegan’s mom said, “She’s out there.”
Steve backed up and said, “Oh my God, you are so stupid! What the hell did you say that for?” Kegan and his family were all laughing, and Steve said, “Sometimes, you got to take an X.” Steve said it has to be up there, or things are bad with the girlfriend.
“Mate/Sugar Momma” was the number one answer on the board. “Boy, that;’s the only that saved you, baby,” Steve said when he high-fived Kegan.
The Family Went On To
What happened next was even tougher on Kegan. Steve Harvey asked Kegan’s girlfriend to stand up in the audience. When she did, Steve joked that he went out of his league when he started dating her. He hinted she was on a whole other level. That is when his dad, Alan, spoke up.
“That’s what I told him,” Alan said about his son. “She can do so much better.” Steve did a double take at this comment and couldn’t believe what he had heard from the dad. “Do better,” Steve said laughing.
The next answer was car, which was fourth. Friends was the next answer, which wasn’t on the board. Money wasn’t on the board, giving them two strikes. Clothes was sixth, and it was back to Kegan. “Again, not myself,” Kegan said, before saying, “a better physique.” That was the third strike.
The other team had a chance to win it and said, “better attitude.” That was not there, so Kegan’s family won anyway, saving him. The final answer not guessed was “education.”
