Even though it might be morbid, 1000-lb Sisters fans are curious about whether or not Caleb Willingham’s death will air this season. As sad as this tragedy is, it would certainly be something TLC would want to cover in upcoming episodes.
TLC maximizes drama to keep fans glued to their screens, so, it would be a missed opportunity not to air this tragedy and the aftermath.
According to the 1000-lb Sisters synopsis for the upcoming February 6 episode, Season 5, Episode 9 is called Sunflower. As it relates to Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham’s passing, the synopsis reads: “When Tammy gets some devastating news, her whole world is turned upside down, and her family rallies behind her in support”.

So, while the 1000-lb Sisters synopsis doesn’t mention Caleb’s passing specifically, it looks like that’s what TLC is hinting at. Certainly, the next few episodes will be even more dramatic as Tammy deals with the loss of Caleb and everything that comes after.
