‘RHOSLC’ Was The Cast Friendly Before Show?

RHOSLC Was The Cast Friendly Before Show?
The different housewives casts have various connections to each other. RHOBH stars Kim and Kyle Richards are sisters to Kathy Hilton. Over at RHONY, Ramona Singer and Dorinda Medley knew each other as their daughters went to school together. As for RHOSLC, fans have grown curious as to how they all knew each other, if they even did, prior to being cast on the hit Bravo reality series. Especially after Monica Garcia came in having worked for Jen Shah and wanted to get cast.
She also had her own infamous Instagram page that trolled the women which was her legacy and her demise. A Reddit thread was started to discuss if these ladies had a past with one another before starting the show. The OP wrote this:

Friendships … do we know if any of these ladies were friends before the show started? I’m particularly curious if Heather and Jen Shah were friends before the show started? Does anyone have any idea? I’m just so curious why this ride or die thing was ridden for so long and so hard.
It appears that many fellow Redditors actually knew the tea about the cast’s friendships and where they stood before the show started. So, was it organic or forced?
- Lisa and Meredith were friends. Heather and Jen were friends. Heather and Lisa share mutuals but were never close, hence the s1 weirdness. Heather and Whitney didn’t even discover they were “cousins” until the show.
- Heather went to school with Lisa and Angie k so she knew them for years.
- Based on what we’ve seen it feels like they all ran in similar circles and were at least casually acquainted.

Then, as aforementioned, Monica Garcia worked for Jen Shah so she seemed determined to find a way into the group and onto the show. Now that she is gone, Heather made it clear that she is happier without Monica because the ladies are genuinely all friends. They can continue the authentic friendships and not be brought down.
