Fans Shocked Over Heather Gay’s New ‘Grand-Pappy’ Mouth
Heather Gay helped to blow up Season 4 of RHOSLC when she exposed newcomer Monica Garcia as an Instagram troll. She was running Reality Von Tease and essentially ruining their lives though she said it was started to target Jen Shah. After this all came out, Heather went on to share that it was Jen Shah who had given her the infamous black eye. She had obtained it but claimed she had no idea how she got it. There were many different ways she believed it could have happened but essentially, Gay was covering for Shah.
When they all gathered at the reunion, Heather looked good but then, she appeared at WWHL afterward. Everything about her face looked completely different from her hair to her teeth to her chin. Plus, she seemed to have dropped a lot of weight. Now, a Reddit thread has been started over her mouth with followers convinced it is all in the smile. The OP wrote this:
- Did she get her teeth done? They looked great before; but these seem really straight and white….not natural at all! Did she hop on the ozempic train?
Her face does look much slimmer, cheeks plumper, and teeth visibly whiter and straighter. So, what did fellow Redditors have to say about Heather’s new look?

Weight Loss To Boot
Heather Gay’s teeth clearly stood out on WWHL but so did her visible weight loss. She was called out for looking a lot slimmer, almost oddly so:
- Nothing but love for Heather, but her head is a little too big to be on an Ozempic thin body.
- Her waist was so tiny on WHHL. She has lost at least 50 lb. I also hope she doesn’t take it too far. Stop now, Heather!
