RHOSLC fans are questioning what happened to Heather Gay’s face. She appeared on WWHL with Andy Cohen after the Season 4 reunion finale. Yet, she looked drastically different. RHOSLC Fans Question What Happened To Heather Gay’s Face
Heather Gay spent the Season 4 finale exposing new cast member, Monica Garcia. She was behind the popular Instagram troll account, Reality Von Tease. This was so damaging and hurtful to the RHOSLC women that they were all shocked at this revelation. It did not help that they were away in Bermuda, so they were trapped with their worst nightmare of a person. At the end of the episode, Heather made the final revelation that Jen Shah had given her the black eye so there was a lot to digest.
Gay ended up appearing as the guest on WWHL on Tuesday, January 23rd after the reunion finale and she looked amazing. However, she looked different, as if she had some tweaking done and Reddit immediately picked up on it. This makes sense as she owns a med spa. Here’s what the OP had to say:

She does appear to have slimmed down some, her cheeks look plumper, and it seems she may have gotten veneers. Yet, what did fellow Redditors have to say?

Different But Beautiful
Despite the fact that RHOSLC fans had different ideas of what Heather Gay had done, many agreed she looked amazing. One person noted Season 5 starts filming next week so she had to get a refresher. At the same time, one had this to say:
