Clare Crawley Reveals Lifelong Dream Come True
Former Bachelorette Clare Crawley welcomed her new daughter with her husband Ryan Dawkins just over a week ago. Since then she’s been able to fulfill a lifelong dream that she’s had. In fact, it is a dream she never thought would really happen. What dream of Clare’s came true? Keep reading to find out more.
Clare Crawley’s lifelong dream came true this week
Clare Crawley was able to make a dream of hers come true this week. She shared the exciting news on Instagram. She started by sharing an Instagram Story of Ryan walking down a hallway carrying their daughter. Clare captioned the video saying, “A moment I’ve been waiting for forever.”
Longtime fans of Clare know that her mom has dementia and is living in a nursing home. Last year, she and Ryan moved up their wedding plans because her mom had been ill and doctors were telling her they didn’t know if she would live. Originally they were going to get married on February 1. It was important to Clare to have her mom see her get married and know Ryan.
Now, a year later her mom is doing well and she got to meet her daughter’s sweet baby girl. Clare talks about it in the video below and shares how beautiful that moment was. It’s a moment that meant the world to Clare and one she had dreamed of but didn’t think it would ever happen.
She detailed Rowen meeting her mom on social media
Clare Crawley went to Instagram to share a photo of her baby in her mom’s arms. The photo reveals her mom’s hands and Clare’s hand on Rowen.
She captioned the photo saying, “Our little Rowen Lily met her namesake and Abuelita🤍 Ryan and I were back and forth with Rowen’s middle name up until a week before she made her grand entrance. One night I looked at Ryan and we said… she HAS to have my mom’s name.”
Clare continued saying, “My mama has the strength like no other and has successfully raised 6 strong daughters. She has hung in there with such grace, as the awful disease of dementia has robbed her of so much. No other name would be fitting, as my mama has heard every dream, every worry, every hope for our little baby as she grew in our surrogates safe belly all while facing her biggest battle. My hope for my daughter, it’s to be just as strong and resilient as her Abuelita🤍”
Clare has waited a long time for all her dreams to come true. Rown Lily Dawkins was born on January 15 via surrogate.
