‘1000-Lb Sisters’ Sneak Peek: Tammy Boards Her First Plane
1000-Lb Sisters fans are about to see Tammy Slaton have another exciting first. On tonight’s new episode, the TLC star will board her very first plane and go on vacation with her family.
Without a doubt, there will be drama ahead on the trip. But in the meantime, fans are sincerely excited to see Tammy explore the world around her.

The 1000-Lb Sisters cast takes a fun family vacation
Flying can be a frightening experience for anyone who has never done it before. Like many others, Tammy Slaton admits she is a little apprehensive. E! News obtained access to a sneak preview before the new episode tonight.
“Getting on the plane, I’m shaking,” Tammy shared in a confessional. It’s a massive step for the reality star.
Although Tammy felt nervous, she also had a very pleasant surprise once she boarded the plane. She purchased two plane seats just in case, but found that she only really needed one.
“When I actually got on the plane and sat down and was comfortable. I was kind of surprised that I didn’t need both seats that we paid for,” Tammy continued.
The 1000-Lb Sisters star added that take-off bothered her the most.
“I was cool until we actually started lifting off,” the 37-year-old went on to say. “My family forgot to mention some stuff about the plane ride. The turbulence was really bad. Once I was able to compare to things I’ve already done, like riding in a car or going over train tracks, I was golden.”
Of course, the family safely landed in Pensacola without any major disruptions.
“It’s pretty cool being able to share a victory with my family,” Tammy gleefully said. “I’m ready for another one.”

At this point, the sky is the limit for Tammy Slaton. Over the past two years, she’s proved that she can absolutely do anything she sets her mind to. Many 1000-Lb Sisters fans would love to see the reality star receive more screen time and additional TLC projects.
On top of that, Tammy and her siblings appear to be incredibly generous and kind to fans. On Reddit, one viewer recently shared their positive experience after running into the family in real life.
As 1000-Lb Sisters continues, Tammy will have plenty of opportunities to achieve many other major milestones.
