America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League premiered this month, and on January 15, the show paid tribute to this fan favorite who passed away late last year. He was only 32 years old. Some fans might not associate him with Simon Cowell’s talent show, but he was very active behind the scenes.
America’s Got Talent Has Lost People In The Past
The show in various formats entertained people with dangerous acts, stunning acts, and incredibly talented acts. However, creative people, like the rest of humanity sometimes come to an untimely end. Sadly, Skilyr Hicks passed away at the age of 23. In the case of Simon Cowell, though, he resurrects after death hoaxes come along. Often, he’s the subject of untrue death notices. Sadly, Michael is not one of those fake reports.
America’s Got Talent Loses Amazing Michael Stein
Michael Stein worked out of sight of viewers who tuned in and watched America’s Got Talent. If he had been up on stage, the show might have gotten more views because some people would know him as a dancer for Britney Spears on her tours. According to Distractify, he also danced or worked with “Kylie Minogue, Jennifer Lopez, Dove Cameron, and Little Mix.” And you can throw in shows like American Idol.

What Happened? How Did He Die?
On Reddit, it was noted by an OP that the death originated with Kaylie Yee, his partner who shared about it on Instagram. Unfortunately, it came on the day he would have turned 33 if he lived. So far, the cause of death hasn’t been released. If you don’t know, his job with America’s was as “a producer who reviewed auditions for the show.” – (Distractify.)
Michael Stein’s passing made fans of Britney Spears on Reddit feel very sad. They poured out their sorrow in the comments.
- I stalked his page and he posted so many pics with Britney during his run with her on Vegas and on tour. His love for her seems so genuine. RIP
- OMG, what?? He was one of my fav backup dancers. He was always helping Britney around [the] stage in Vegas. Always smiling and seemed so sweet. So sad.. rest in peace.
- He was my favorite!! At one Vegas show before toxic and all the dancers come out from the back and head to the stage, this guy literally LEAPED over a dude that was heading back to his seat. I was in awe.
- This is so sad. I actually met this guy along with some of the other dancers at a random pool party while I was there to see the show. They were ALL so so nice and said Britney was a joy to work with. RIP Michael.
