Heather Kelly is the founder of Heather’s Choice. Kelly is a two-time NCAA National Champion in women’s rowing. She also studied Evolutionary Nutrition in college and received a certification in eating psychology, which led her to create her healthy outdoor food option. It all started with Heather working with a food dehydrator.
To differ from other outdoor food companies, Heather doesn’t use freeze-dried offerings. Instead, she uses dehydrated meals and this means they are cooked to perfection before they are dehydrated.
