Jesse’s wife was on the brink of giving birth, but the baby waited until after the Golden Bachelor wedding to join the world.

With the Golden Wedding behind them, the network returns to its regularly scheduled Bachelor program. Fans are still hoping for news of a possible Golden Bachelorette or Golden Bachelor In Paradise.
In the meantime, Joey Graziadei’s season kicks off on Monday, January 22.
Gerry Turner Gives Glimpse Into Newlywed Life With Theresa Nist
The last few months have been a whirlwind for Golden Bachelor couple Theresa and Gerry. Filming the show, their engagement and subsequent live wedding happened in the span of a few months.
Now that they are officially married, the seniors are ready to settle into everyday life. But first, Gerry had to retrieve one more family member from Indiana. His beloved dog Cody didn’t get an invite to the wedding.
After the lavish wedding in Palm Springs, California, Gerry traveled to his home in Indiana to get the Goldendoodle to bring to New Jersey to finally meet his wife.
Gerry took to his Instagram to update his followers on the trip. He shared that after a ten-hour drive, he and Cody were finally back in New Jersey.
Theresa greeted her new hubby with a homecooked meal, which Gerry seemed to appreciate.
The couple may make New Jersey their home instead of moving to South Carolina, as they previously discussed.
Where’s His Dog?
One of Gerry Turner’s Instagram followers noticed something amiss in the photos the newlywed shared. His dog, Cody, wasn’t in any of them, but the Golden Bachelor star had the sweetest reason why not.
He replied to the comment and explained that Cody was “sleeping soundly on the carpet. Happy to be out of the car, I guessing!!”
