Speaking to The Sun, a source close to Jenelle and David explains why she’s footing the bill for three different lawyers. For starters, her husband David requires a criminal attorney to defend him in the child abuse case against him. She has also hired an attorney who specializes in CPS cases to defend him. The third lawyer, however, is not in defense of her husband. Turns out, lawyer number three is a second CPS lawyer to defend and protect Jenelle.
The source goes on to reveal that Jenelle Evans is drowning in legal debt because of the child abuse case involving her husband. So, she has found herself in a desperate situation where she needs more cash.
She Recently Kicked Off A New Business Venture
